Do not underestimate this 'new age' way of starting relationships. Having a 'just-Greek' personals site is a blessing just waiting to be taken advantage of. I was hesitent to sign-on at first, for obvious 'What-if-someone-recognizes-me' reasons, but that's the whole point: to meet people. And those looking are in the same mind frame as you, so it's comfortable and easy to correspond. This new avenue of meeting people is the sole reason I am now in an AMAZING relationship that would never have happened otherwise. Fate has mysterious ways of bringing two together. If I can offer a piece of advice, it's, put a thorough profile on-line. Put some time in it and express who you really are, what you like and what you want. It shows you're serious, therefore you'll get serious, more 'accurate matches' responding. Good luck!

I was one of those people that kept knocking the net. After being set up on numerous blind dates thru my friends and family and of course they all went no where. I finally decided to try it out....GUESS WHAT?? I've met the most incredible man from this website. Would you believe this guy lived only a couple of blocks away from me, it took the internet to meet.... Go figure..... It's been a little more than a year since I posted the above message. I'm back to say.....the relationship did get better. On May 29, 2004 we were married!!! A new chapter in my life has begun.... Txs Agape on line!!!

In the past 12 months I sent two emails regarding my experience with Agape Online. The first email message was to advise that I had met a 'Spartan Princess" in Canada. The second email message was to advise that I had travelled to Canada where we became engaged. Well the third and possibly the last email is this one. It is to inform you that after ten months of email messages and ringing each other three times a day, my "Spartan Princess" travelled to Greece, met the parents visiting Greece and then travelled to Australia. We have been together now for two months and we feel we have been together all our lives. Both of us will be residing in Australia and we feel that our romance should be shared with everyone. My "Spartan Princess" and her "Warrior" are to be married on the anniversary of our meeting. That is, 14 September 2001. Well, again on behalf of my fiancé and future wife i would like to thank you all at Agape Online. Yes some stories do come true. We both knew that it was not going to be easy but our heart and souls told us to hang in there for we both realised that we were meant to be. Love certainly can overcome any obstacle or barrier.

Thank you, thank you, thank you ! Disillusioned with relationships and resolved to spend my life alone, I searched Greek dating sites and came across AgapeOnline. I searched the 30+ group and saw the photo of a man who just caught my eye immediately. I flirted with the idea of emailing him, but decided against it. Days later I found myself going back to look at his picture, and decided to email him.
